15 000 m² superstructure

The project site is situated on avenue Cortenbergh in the European district, and involves the partial demolition of two office buildings, retaining part of the superstructure and most of the basements of 150-152, and replacing them with a single sustainable office complex spanning both plots.

The infrastructure will comprise four underground levels to accommodate car parks, archives, and technical rooms.

The building will be designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, ensuring the highest standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability. This will involve a focus on the quality of the building envelope, selection of HVAC systems, flexibility of the internal office layout, natural and artificial lighting, and the production of renewable energy.

Our mission(s)

Apart from conducting the feasibility study (including selecting the building's surface area), overseeing the execution of works related to technical building services and structural engineering, we also undertake the BREEAM support mission and act as EPB advisor.
