TPF Engineering played a significant role in the construction of an 11,000 m² automated warehouse designed to provide cold storage for pharmaceutical products.

The project has increased the cold storage capacity of FRI-PHARMA by 13,000 pallets, and the facility includes a freezing room that can accommodate 2,000 pallets.

Apart from the storage areas, the modern logistics building also comprises reception and shipping areas, technical and maintenance premises, as well as social premises and offices (covering an area of 500 m²).

TPF Engineering has been involved in various modifications and transformations of the site over the years, including studies aimed at optimizing and modernizing the facility. For instance, in 2015, TPF Engineering conducted a feasibility study on constructing a fully refrigerated shipping and transit area. Additionally, between 2020 and 2021, TPF Engineering undertook studies for extensive expansions and the construction of new storage areas.

Our mission(s)

Our teams were tasked with conducting architectural studies (in collaboration with the Arcoteam Architecture Office) and studies related to technical building services, such as high voltage, low voltage, HVAC, fluids, security systems (fire protection, burglar resistance, etc.), structural engineering, logistics, and automation.

However, our work extended beyond that, as we also provided project and construction management services (in collaboration with the Arcoteam architecture office).
